Mom never made french toast quite like this! Thick-sliced french bread, bursting with healthy blueberries and Mascarpone cheese, baked with pure Vermont maple syrup, it is a customer favorite.

Stuffed Bell Peppers (oven)
A complete meal is packed inside each sweet bell pepper! Ground beef or turkey,♥ tomatoes, rice, and shredded cheese are nestled inside and topped with rich tomato sauce. Please specify when ordering if ground turkey is preferred over beef.

Cilantro Chicken (oven)
Southwest comes to your kitchen! These moist and tender chicken breasts are dipped in a lime juice mixture, coated in colorful tortilla chips, and topped with cilantro, salsa and Mexi-cheese! Leave it mild or kick it up, it’s your choice! Complete your meal with our Lime Cilantro Rice and / or Baked Corn Casserole.

Reuben Casserole (oven)
Back for St. Patrick’s Day! If you like the classic sandwich, you will love this casserole. Chopped corned beef with sauerkraut, plenty of Swiss cheese and a little onion with crunchy rye bread croutons on top. And for dessert, Barb has a new pie! Maybe not for calorie counters... it is an Irish Cream Macadamia Nut Pie. It is rich & chocolicious :) & perfect for St. Patrick’s Day!

Dill Shrimp (or Chicken) with Angel Hair Pasta (stove top) ♥
Plump shrimp (or diced chicken breast) cook quickly in a fabulous light sauce made with Sherry and fresh dill. Just simmer and toss it with the provided Angel Hair pasta and you have a healthy meal in minutes! Please specify when ordering chicken is preferred over shrimp.

New England Clam Chowder (crock pot or stove top)
New England at it’s finest! This rich “chowdah” is made in the unassuming style of Maine natives. Diced clams with potatoes & onions in a creamy white sauce will remind you that sometimes simple really is better.

Sweet & Spicy Salmon (grill or oven) ♥
The name says it all! Salmon fillets are rubbed with a marvelous collection of spices and flavors. Wrapped in foil and quickly baked in your oven or on the grill, this is another healthy busy day meal! Our Curried Cashew Cole Slaw is very nice with this dinner.

Blue Cheese & Turkey Pasta Salad (ready)
Chunky blue cheese dressing in this salad makes it unique and delicious. Tender turkey breast & little sea shell pasta, along with crunchy vegetables, combine for a dinner salad that is ready when you are!

Another great family casserole! This colorful concoction mixes up diced ham with juicy pineapple along with green onions and sweet cooked red peppers with rice and Mozzarella cheese. And how about Barb’s famous Sour Cream Raisin Pie for dessert?

Classic Baked Lasagna (oven)
Making it’s Designing Dinners debut, this hearty lasagna is just like what you would make at home, if only you had the time! We prepare our rich tomato meat sauce, (full of lean ground beef & sweet Italian sausage). Add fresh parsley, sauteed sweet onions & three cheeses, all layered between tender lasagna sheets. Surprise your family with “the best lasagna ever”! Our Garlic Bread is excellent with this meal... (We are happy to make yours all beef if preferred, let us know when ordering)

Orange-Apricot Glazed Pork Chops (or Chicken) (stove top) ♥
New to Designing Dinners, adults like the sweet and sour combination of these tender boneless chops. Kids think they are dessert. The chops are quickly cooked in your skillet while the flavorful sauce simmers. A simply delicious mid week meal! Our Garlic Mashed Potatoes are nice with this meal.

Fiesta Chicken Salad (ready) ♥
New to Designing Dinners, this feisty salad starts with a bed of Spring mix salad greens tossed with tomatoes and is topped with a colorful concoction of black beans and corn, with salsa. It is then crowned with fajita seasoned sliced chicken breasts. Add a dollop of sour cream for a healthy & festive meal!
