Mmm, great taste and no fuss, how nice is that? This meal is full of mouth-watering chicken (or ground beef) & green chilies, beans & onions, salsa, sour cream & cheese, all made into an easy casserole. Please specify when ordering if ground beef is preferred over chicken.

This zesty dish is simply bursting with flavor! Salmon fillets are grilled and topped with a lemon caper vinaigrette for a quick and refreshingly healthy summertime dinner. Our Broccoli Craisin Salad is nice with this meal.
Thai Spiced BBQ Shrimp (grill)
This is the best recipe ever for barbeque shrimp, very tasty with a little kick! Made with Thai Curry paste, Dijon mustard, and a little brown sugar, it is all ready to grill as kabobs or just with the bell pepper and pineapple chunks included! Serve over rice, also included.
Brunch Burritos (griddle or stove top)
Great any time of day, these burritos are the solution for your family’s busy, gotta run days, or for a lazy brunch. Scrambled eggs with diced ham, cheese, sauteed mushrooms, onions, & peppers with salsa; as always, customize as you like!

Penne pasta combines with diced cooked bacon (or chicken, if you prefer), tomatoes, and spinach for a quick & simple dinner. Our Garlic Bread is nice with this meal. Please specify when ordering if chicken is preferred over bacon.

Made with diced chicken and green peppers, carrots, scallions and cashews, tossed with a sweet sesame soy dressing over rice & topped with crunchy chow mein noodles, it is a light and healthy choice. Take home Barb’s Lemon Cloud Pie for dessert!
