So rich and creamy, so good! We make it with sharp white Cheddar cheese, sauteed onions & celery, and potatoes. We add Guinness Stout beer. Enough said? Yum! Ask us to build you a fresh green salad when you pick it up and you’ll have a complete meal, ready in minutes! Save room for Kate’s Luck O’ the Irish Brownies! We are cooking our soup in batches so no special orders please.

 

 

Black & Blue Sirloin Steaks (stove top or grill)

These 6 oz. Certified Angus Sirloins Steaks are rubbed with our own blend of Blackened seasoning! We include already sauteed mushrooms and onions and Bleu Cheese Crumbles to add on top for a quick and easy and oh so flavorful dinner! It has a little kick, but if you prefer a bit more mild (or with extra kick) just let us know. Try a pan of Twice Baked Potatoes to go with this and then some English Toffee Brownies for dessert!

 

 

Blueberry Filled French Toast with Streusel Topping (oven)

Mom never made french toast quite like this! Thick sliced french bread, bursting with healthy blueberries and Cream Cheese, baked with Vermont Maple syrup and topped with oatmeal streusel! It’s a customer favorite!

Classic Baked Lasagna (oven)

This hearty lasagna is just like what you would make at home, if only you had the time. We prepare our rich tomato meat sauce full of lean ground beef, add fresh parsley, sauteed onions, and plenty of cheese, all layered between lasagna sheets. Our Garlic Bread is excellent with this meal.

Dijon Baked Salmon (oven)

Flavorful Alaskan wild caught salmon fillets are coated with honey, Dijon mustard, and crunchy Panko crumbs, then baked quickly for a healthy meal. Our Baked Corn Casserole is really good with this dish.

Dill Chicken with Angel Hair Pasta (stove top)

Moist chicken cooks quickly in a fabulous light chicken sauce with a touch of Sherry and fresh dill. Just simmer and toss it with the provided Angel Hair pasta and you have a healthy meal in minutes! Why not add some Garlic Bread to complete your meal?

A complete meal is packed inside each sweet bell pepper! Ground beef, seasoned rice, onions, green chilies, black olives and shredded cheese are nestled inside then topped with rich salsa and more cheese! And for dessert, Bread Pudding with Spiced Rum Caramel Sauce? Yes please!

Another great family casserole! This colorful concoction mixes up diced ham with juicy pineapple, along with green onions and sweet red peppers and healthy brown rice topped with Mozzarella cheese. Be sure to save room for our signature English Toffee Brownies.

Reuben Casserole (oven)

Back for St. Patrick’s Day! If you like the classic sandwich, you will love this casserole! With lean corned beef, plenty of sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing, a little onion and crunchy rye bread croutons on top, it’s quick, easy, and very tasty! Top your meal off with Kate’s Luck O’ the Irish Brownies!

Sesame Chicken Bake (oven)

This dinner will satisfy without putting you to sleep! Made with diced chicken and green peppers, carrots, scallions and cashews, tossed with a sesame soy sauce over rice, then topped with crunchy chow mein noodles, it is a light and healthy choice. English Toffee Brownies makes a wonderful dessert with this meal.

Tomato-Basil Bruschetta Chicken (oven)

Everyone will thank you for this flavorful dinner! Boneless and skinless chicken breasts are seasoned and coated with Parmesan bread crumbs, and finally topped with a mix of tomatoes, fresh basil and garlic. Our Baked Corn Casserole is nice with this meal.

This is a soft cornbread casserole with plenty of corn, mild green chilies, red bell peppers, and sliced green onion.  Delicious!

Curried Cashew & Raisin Slaw (1 pound ready/fresh only)

Our Sweet and tangy curry dressing coats  fresh slaw with sweet golden raisins and cashews for crunch.  You’ll want this more than once!

English Toffee Brownies (ready)

Cost: $6.50

These gems have been our signature brownie since our start back in 2006!  Rich fudge brownies are topped and baked with chopped Heath Bar and chocolate chips!  Very yummy!

Garlic Bread (oven)

Cost: $4.00

This is a full loaf of Italian bread, sliced and brushed with a  blend of butter, chopped garlic, and parsley.

Kate’s Luck O’ the Irish Brownies

Cost: $8.50

Creamy peppermint filling is tucked inside these wonderful fudge brownies which are then topped with chocolate ganache.  So good and only available in March, so stock up!

Salted Caramel Fudge Brownies (ready)

Cost: $8.50

These amazing fudge brownies are topped with caramel sauce and a little sea salt and if that isn’t quite enough, we then finish with a rich chocolate ganache!  These are pretty addictive, consider yourself warned!  🙂

Potatoes are riced and mixed with butter, sour cream, cheese, and sauteed onions.  All ready to bake without any of the lengthy prep and messy cleanup!
