Baked Cod with Luminous’ Pueblo Chili Cheese Sauce (oven)

New to Designing Dinners, this fish has flavor! These flaky cod fillets are painted with a zesty sauce made with Luminous Brewhouse Pueblo Chili Ale and pepperjack, topped with seasoned crumbs and baked until golden brown. Our Blue Cheese Slaw goes well with this meal.

Chicken Pot Pie (oven)

One of our most requested meals is here! Our Chicken Pot Pie is made with diced chicken breast, plenty of potatoes, peas, carrots, celery, and onions, all mixed together with a lightly spiced creamy chicken sauce and topped with puff pastry. Garlic Bread is a great add on for this meal!!

Creamy Cilantro Shrimp & Noodles Casserole (oven)

Cost: $17.50

It’s back! Creamy Cilantro Sauce with black beans, tomatoes, green and white onions, and a little Jalapeno blanket plump shrimp, all mixed up with linguine and topped with Jack cheese for a memorable meal!
Garlic Bread goes great with this dinner!


Crock Pot Pepper Steak (crock pot or stove top)

Cost: $17.00

Come home to the irresistible aroma of dinner ready for you! Strips of seasoned steak with bell peppers, diced onions and tomatoes, are ready to simmer in your slow cooker! Serve this over rice, which we include!
Our Garlic Bread is very good with this meal!
(If ordering the small size, use a 1-2 qt. crock pot for best results!)




Cuban Chicken (crock Pot or stove top)

Simmered quickly on your stove top, this “change-up meal” has strips of chicken along with plump raisins & green olives, peppers & onions, cooked in a savory tomato-wine sauce. Very nice on rice, which we include! And for dessert?
Apple Crisp!


Hashbrown Stuffed Meatloaf (oven)

Cost: $15.00

All dressed up and ready to impress your family or friends! This meatloaf uses lean ground beef and snuggled inside are seasoned hashbrown potatoes, topped off with a nice beef tomato sauce.

Pineapple Upside Down French Toast (oven)

This one came to me one night when I couldn’t sleep and we think it will be a hit! Just like the classic cake, it has buttery brown sugar glaze on the bottom, pineapple rings, cherries, and thick sliced bread soaked in spiced egg mix! Bake it and flip it over to serve for a wonderful presentation, maybe for Easter

Rosemary Chicken (grill/stovetop)

Great flavor! Boneless chicken breasts are marinated in a Rosemary-brown sugar sauce that will perk up your family’s taste buds. Save room for our signature English Toffee Brownies! Ask for a Tossed Green Salad for however many people you are feeding, we are happy to make it!

Swiss Mushroom Quiche (oven)

Whether for Tuesday dinner or Sunday brunch, this crustless quiche fits the occasion! Lots of sauteed mushrooms and Swiss cheese piled high, this meal is sure to please! Our Blue Cheese Slaw and Garlic Bread are nice with this dish.

Tex-Mex Turkey Soup (just heat-1 quart)

Eating healthy is great, especially when it tastes so good! Tender turkey breast with plenty of carrot, celery, onion, tomato, green chilies, jalapeno, and white hominy make for a nutritious, not-too-heavy dinner. We are making this soup in batches, so no special orders please. Take home some Garlic Bread to enjoy with your soup!

Turkey Shepherd’s Pie (oven)

What a fun twist on Mom’s Shepherd’s Pie! Turkey breast is layered with creamy chicken sauce, lightly seasoned stuffing, corn and mashed potatoes. Sure to be enjoyed by the whole family.  Our Apple Crisp is the perfect finishing touch to your dinner!

Vermont Macaroni & Cheese with Bacon & Tomato (oven)

Cost: $15.50

Creamy sharp white Cheddar Cheese sauce blankets elbow mac and we add diced tomatoes and cooked bacon for a true comfort food dinner that you will crave over and over! When you pick up your meal, ask for a Tossed Green Salad for however many people you are feeding, we are happy to make it!

English Toffee Brownies (ready)

These gems have been our signature brownie since our start back in 2006!  Rich fudge brownies are topped and baked with chopped Heath Bar and chocolate chips!  Very yummy!

Garlic Bread (oven)

Cost: $4.00

This is a full loaf of Italian bread, sliced and brushed with a  blend of butter, chopped garlic, and parsley.

Salted Caramel Fudge Brownies (ready)

Cost: $8.75

These amazing fudge brownies are topped with caramel sauce and a little sea salt and if that isn’t quite enough, we then finish with a rich chocolate ganache!  These are pretty addictive, consider yourself warned!  🙂

Twice-Baked Potato Casserole (oven)

Potatoes are riced and mixed with butter, sour cream, cheese, and sauteed onions.  All ready to bake without any of the lengthy prep and messy cleanup!
