Chili-Lime Buttered Salmon (oven)
Nutritious eating need not be boring! Olive oil and a little butter combine with lime juice and a blend of seasonings to give this Alaskan wild caught salmon a savory aroma which is only outdone by its wonderful flavor!

Creamy Buffalo Chicken Bake (oven)
Diced cooked chicken breast and celery are covered in Frank’s wing sauce along with cream cheese and ranch dressing and topped with shredded Cheddar, all atop chicken seasoned brown rice for a nice evening casserole.

Not heavy, just satisfying! This soup is loaded with tender bites of asparagus, with celery and onions and lemon as a pleasant surprise! Our Garlic Bread is nice with this meal. No special orders for our soup please.
Happy Campers Cheddar and Bacon Potatoes (grill or oven)
Happy Camper meals are back for the summer! This month is a hearty blend of diced potatoes, peppers, onions and mushrooms topped with diced bacon and finally some Vermont white Cheddar cheese, to make it extra scrumptious. This is all wrapped up in foil and ready to take on your outing, even if it’s in your back yard. Take along a pound of our Curried Cashew & Raisin Slaw. (The slaw is fresh only)

Another wonderful Mother’s Day or graduation day choice, Certified Angus Sirloin Steaks are all marinated and ready to grill to your liking. We make our Teriyaki Glaze with pineapple tidbits and a little green onion. New to Designing Dinners! Just like Grandma used to make with tender bites of shrimp, scallops, and surimi crab, carrots, celery, potatoes, onions, and peas, all blanketed in our creamy seafood sauce, and topped with puff pastry. Lemon Bars for dessert? Yes please! 🙂

Here’s one for the kids (of all ages)! Classic Joe has branched out with a layered ground beef & pasta dish including Cheddar and cottage cheeses. Our Garlic Bread is nice with this meal.
This buttery Greek spinach pie recipe has become requested too often to just have it at Christmas time! Layered with phyllo pastry, there is lots of spinach with Feta and cottage cheese, fresh dill and a bit of lemon. Lemon Bars are a nice finish!

Our Sweet and tangy curry dressing coats fresh slaw with sweet golden raisins and cashews for crunch. You’ll want this more than once!

These gems have been our signature brownie since our start back in 2006! Rich fudge brownies are topped and baked with chopped Heath Bar and chocolate chips! Very yummy!

Fresh dill makes this potato salad yummy, along with plenty of chopped eggs, celery, green onions, dill relish, and a nice mixture of Dijon & seasoned mayo! It’s a classic 🙂

This is a full loaf of Italian bread, sliced and brushed with a blend of butter, chopped garlic, and parsley.

This yummy pastries have a crisp shortbread type crust and the filling is wonderfully lemony! Topped with powdered sugar, just cut and serve!
