Apple Cinnamon Streusel French Toast (oven)

The best part of October! Sliced apples, cinnamon, and Cream cheese fill this french toast with Vermont Maple Syrup on the bottom and oatmeal crumb for a topping. Life is good 🙂

Baked Blue Cheese Chicken (oven)

Cost: $11.00

This is such a moist, tasty dish, and you will want to stock up! Boneless and skinless chicken breasts are painted with blue cheese and coated with seasoned bread crumbs, nice with our Twice-Baked Potato Casserole.

Chicken Pot Pie (oven)

Cost: $14.50

One of our most requested meals is here! Our Chicken Pot Pie is made with diced chicken breast, plenty of potatoes, peas, carrots, celery, and onions, all mixed together with a lightly spiced creamy chicken sauce and topped with puff pastry. Garlic Bread is a great add on for this meal!

Dijon Baked Salmon (oven)

Cost: $16.00

Flavorful salmon fillets are coated with honey and Dijon mustard and crunchy Panko crumbs, then baked quickly for a healthy meal in a hurry. Our Baked Corn Casserole is really good with this dish.

Pollo Relleno (oven)

Cost: $14.00

Special enough for company or your own special self, these boneless and skinless chicken breasts are stuffed full with mild green chili peppers, Pepper Jack cheese and a sprinkle of cilantro. Rolled with a blend of cornmeal, flour, and great tasting spices, this is a returning favorite! Baked Corn Casserole is really good with this dinner!

Rajun Cajun Pork Roast (oven)

Do you like it wild or mild? (Or perhaps somewhere in between?) You control the heat in this succulent pork roast with our special blend of Cajun spice. Just tell us your heat preferences, or we’ll just make it medium spiced. Great with our Baked Corn Casserole.

Ranch Baked Cod Fillets (oven)

Creamy Ranch dressing and Parmesan cheese top these healthy Tilapia fillets. Quickly baked in your oven, it’s a good mid week meal! Really love Ranch? Add our Creamy Garlic Ranch Egg Noodles for a side dish!

Reuben Casserole (oven)

Cost: $15.50

If you like the classic sandwich, you will love this casserole! Chopped corned beef with sauerkraut, lots of Swiss cheese, a little Thousand Island dressing & sauteed onion, it even has crunchy rye bread croutons for a complete meal! Apple Crisp for dessert? Yes please!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff (crock pot)

It’s back! Tender chunks of beef simmer in your crock pot in our luscious homemade mushroom sauce. Just add the included egg noodles and the cream cheese when you get home and dinner is served in about 15 minutes! I like Garlic Bread with this meal.

Split Pea with Ham Soup (just heat!) ♥

Cost: $9.00

Dinner is ready! We will simmer this soup for you with bites of ham, onions, carrots, and celery and our seasoning. All you need to do is warm it up and enjoy! Save room for Apple Crisp!

Tower of Tortillas Pie (oven)

Ground beef + 2 types of beans + 2 kinds of cheese + salsa + tomatoes + cilantro + garlic + tortillas = 1 dish to please Southwest food fans! Be sure to save room for our decadent Salted Caramel Fudge Brownies!

Vermont Macaroni & Cheese with Bacon & Tomato (oven)

Cost: $15.00

Creamy sharp white Cheddar Cheese sauce blankets elbow mac and we add diced tomatoes and diced cooked bacon for a true comfort food dinner that you will crave over and over! When you pick up your meal, ask for a Tossed Green Salad for however many people you are feeding, we are happy to make it!

All baked with spiced apples and a nice oatmeal crumb topping! Just heat if you like and add your own ice cream or whipped cream 🙂

Baked Corn Casserole (oven)

Cost: $5.00

This is a soft cornbread casserole with plenty of corn, mild green chilies, red bell peppers, and sliced green onion.  Delicious!

English Toffee Brownies (ready)

Cost: $6.50

These gems have been our signature brownie since our start back in 2006!  Rich fudge brownies are topped and baked with chopped Heath Bar and chocolate chips!  Very yummy!

Garlic Bread (oven)

Cost: $3.50

This is a full loaf of Italian bread, sliced and brushed with a  blend of butter, chopped garlic, and parsley.

Salted Caramel Fudge Brownies (ready)

Cost: $8.00

These amazing fudge brownies are topped with caramel sauce and a little sea salt and if that isn’t quite enough, we then finish with a rich chocolate ganache!  These are pretty addictive, consider yourself warned!  🙂

Twice-Baked Potato Casserole (oven)

Cost: $5.00

Potatoes are riced and mixed with butter, sour cream, cheese, and sauteed onions.  All ready to bake without any of the lengthy prep and messy cleanup!
