Perfect for Father’s Day, boneless pork chops are marinated in a tasty Bourbon Dijon sauce we make right here. Our Maple & Bacon Baked Beans are great with this meal! …And surprise Dad with Lemonade Poke Cake for dessert!

Cinnamon Pecan French Toast Bake (oven)

This entree is a great brunch or evening meal! Made with cubes of fresh bread, cream cheese & pecans, all drenched in a nicely spiced egg mixture, this dish has become a family favorite! Don’t eat nuts? Ask for raisins instead. Please specify if wheat bread is preferred over Italian when ordering.

Ham & Cheese Crock Pot Casserole (crock pot or stove top)

Just like Mom used to make. With diced ham and potatoes, corn, and sweet bell peppers, all in a light dill cheese sauce, this dish will bring your family to the table for an old-fashioned country meal. And for dessert?

Wow! This meatloaf is fancy enough for company or a treat for yourself! Stuffed with lots of Mozzarella, blanketed with flaky puff pastry and topped with marinara, you’ll never look at meatloaf as a ho-hum dinner again. Our Baked Corn Casserole pairs very well with this.

The secret is in the salsa! We can make this zesty topping as spicy or mild as you like and serve it over our flavorful salmon fillets, baked in your oven. A very quick and healthy choice. We are beginning a new December tradition and we’re thinking it is going to make a lot of people happy! Normally our much loved Friday treat, it is available for the month! Rich and creamy, it has shrimp, pollock, sea scallops, and surimi crab. Like all of our soups, we make this in batches so no special orders please!

This buttery Greek spinach pie recipe has become requested too often to just have it at Christmas time! Layered with phyllo pastry, there is lots of spinach with Feta and cottage cheese, fresh dill and a bit of lemon. Lemon Bars are a nice finish!

Simple and delicious with a kick! Chipotle seasoned strips of steak are tossed with colorful strips of bell peppers and onions. And layered over seasoned rice, all topped with shredded Cheddar-Jack cheese.

Artichoke Spinach Dip (oven)

Perfect for the holidays, this has plenty of spinach, chopped artichokes, and lots of cheese!  Just pop it into your oven and supply your own bread or crackers and enjoy! This is a 9 x 6 pan, perfect for 3-4 people… We are happy to make a large pan for a bigger crowd, just let us know!

Baked Corn Casserole (oven)

This is a soft cornbread casserole with plenty of corn, mild green chilies, red bell peppers, and sliced green onion.  Delicious!

Bread Pudding w/ Spiced Rum Caramel Sauce (ready)

So popular at Sagewood North Cafe, this is now available to take home and enjoy! Moist bread pudding has golden raisins and is baked and topped with our (Captain Morgan’s) Spiced Rum Caramel Sauce.  Just add your own whipped cream or ice cream!

English Toffee Brownies (ready)

Cost: $7.00

These gems have been our signature brownie since our start back in 2006!  Rich fudge brownies are topped and baked with chopped Heath Bar and chocolate chips!  Very yummy!

Garlic Bread (oven)

This is a full loaf of Italian bread, sliced and brushed with a  blend of butter, chopped garlic, and parsley.

Salted Caramel Fudge Brownies (ready)

These amazing fudge brownies are topped with caramel sauce and a little sea salt and if that isn’t quite enough, we then finish with a rich chocolate ganache!  These are pretty addictive, consider yourself warned!  🙂

Traditional holiday side dish with a bit of zest!  We add orange juice and spices to these mashed sweet potatoes and top them with little marshmallows.  Yummy!
