Chili-Lime Buttered Salmon (oven)

Nutritious eating need not be boring! Olive oil and a little butter combine with lime juice and a blend of seasonings to give this Alaskan wild caught salmon a savory aroma which is only outdone by its wonderful flavor!
Our Curried Cashew & Raisin Slaw and Fresh Dill Potato Salad are both nice with this meal. Be sure to pick up a Lemonade Poke Cake for dessert! (The salads are fresh only)
