Baja Beef Burritos (stove top, griddle)

Plenty of flavor in this meal! We brown ground beef with onions, green chilies and seasoning and then add black olives, corn, salsa, and some jalapenos! Enclosed with this meal is a bag of shredded cheese and 3 tortillas. Just wrap and heat and dinner is ready! Be sure to order some Lime Cole Slaw with this as well as Cappuccino Fudge Brownies!

Buffalo Chicken Bake (oven)

Cost: $15.50

Diced cooked chicken breast and celery are covered in Frank’s wing sauce along with cream cheese and ranch dressing and topped with shredded Cheddar, all atop chicken seasoned brown rice for a nice evening casserole.
Take home a loaf of Garlic Bread to enjoy with this kind of spicy dinner! Cappuccino Brownies for dessert?

Chicken and Broccoli Lasagna (oven)

Cost: $18.00

Perfect for Mother’s Day dinner and so easy to prepare! Creamy Parmesan sauce with broccoli florets and diced chicken, as well as plenty of Mozzarella, Ricotta, and a little sauteed onion make this dish extraordinary! Make sure you pick up our Garlic Bread to go along with this! Be sure to save room for our signature
English Toffee Brownies!

Chili-Lime Buttered Salmon (oven)

Cost: $17.00

Nutritious eating need not be boring! Olive oil and a little butter combine with lime juice and a blend of seasonings to give this Alaskan wild caught salmon a savory aroma which is only outdone by its wonderful flavor!
Our Lime Cole Slaw and Fresh Dill Potato Salad are both nice with this meal.
Be sure to pick up a Lemonade Poke Cake for dessert! (The salads are fresh only)

Happy Campers Cheddar and Bacon Potatoes (grill or oven)

Cost: $16.00

Happy Camper meals are back for the summer! This month is a hearty blend of diced potatoes, peppers, onions and mushrooms topped with diced bacon and finally some Vermont white Cheddar cheese, to make it extra scrumptious. This is all wrapped up in foil and ready to take on your outing, even if it’s in your back yard. Take along a pound of our Lime Cole Slaw and a pan of English Toffee Brownies! (The slaw is fresh only)

Mushroom Shrimp Creole (stove top)

Cost: $16.00

This is a fun and easy week night dinner!, ready in minutes. Shrimp with bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, peppers, and plenty of seasoning simmer for just a few minutes on your stove top. Just heat the package of included rice and top with the shrimp mixture. Done! We will make this medium spicy unless asked for spicy or mild. Garlic Bread pairs nicely with this dish and Lemonade Poke Cake for dessert? Of course!

Peaches & Cream French Toast with Steusel (oven)

Thick-sliced french bread is bursting with juicy peaches and cream cheese, topped with yummy streusel and baked with pure Vermont maple syrup. This is wonderful for any meal!

Seafood Pot Pie (oven)

Cost: $17.50

Just like Grandma used to make with tender bites of shrimp, scallops, and surimi crab, carrots, celery, potatoes, onions, and peas, all blanketed in our creamy seafood sauce, and topped with puff pastry. Great with Garlic Bread. Lemonade Poke Cake for dessert? Yes please! 🙂

Sloppy Joe’s Casserole (oven)

Cost: $15.50

Here’s one for the kids (of all ages!) Classic Joe has branched out with a layered ground beef & pasta dish including cheddar and cottage cheeses. Our Garlic Bread is nice with this meal. Salted Caramel Fudge Brownies are a very nice add for this dinner!

Spanakopita (oven)

Cost: $15.50

This buttery Greek spinach pie recipe has become requested too often to just have it at Christmas time! Layered with phyllo pastry, there is lots of spinach with Feta and cottage cheese, fresh dill and a bit of lemon. Salted Caramel Brownies are a nice finish!

Coffee, coffee, coffee!  Espresso is in the fudgy brownies, in the chocolate ganache, and even in the powdered sugar on top.  You may want more than 1 pan!

English Toffee Brownies (ready)

Cost: $10.00

These gems have been our signature brownie since our start back in 2006!  Rich fudge brownies are topped and baked with chopped Heath Bar and chocolate chips!  Very yummy!

Fresh Dill Potato Salad (ready/fresh only)

Cost: $5.00

Fresh dill makes this potato salad yummy, along with plenty of chopped eggs, celery, green onions, dill relish, and a nice mixture of Dijon & seasoned mayo!  It’s a classic 🙂

Garlic Bread (oven)

Cost: $4.50

This is a full loaf of Italian bread, sliced and brushed with a  blend of butter, chopped garlic, and parsley.

Lemonade Poke Cake (ready, 9 x 6 pan)

Cost: $8.00

Perfect for a back yard cookout, this super moist cake is very lemony and is topped with Lemon Buttercream Frosting 🙂

Lime Cole Slaw

Cost: $4.50

Fresh cabbage with shredded carrot  mixed with our homemade creamy lime dressing!  A little sweet, a little tangy, very delicious!

Salted Caramel Fudge Brownies (ready)

Cost: $10.00

These amazing fudge brownies are topped with caramel sauce and a little sea salt and if that isn’t quite enough, we then finish with a rich chocolate ganache!  These are pretty addictive, consider yourself warned!  🙂
