Artichoke Chicken Bake (oven)

Savor this fantastic casserole with diced chicken and artichokes, along with a smattering of sweet red peppers, baked in our lemon cheese sauce with seasoned brown rice, and topped with herb-seasoned bread crumbs! Garlic Bread is nice with this meal and save room for our signature English Toffee Brownies!

BBQ Mozzarella Meatballs (oven)

These delicious meatballs drenched in barbeque sauce have a surprise pocket of cheese inside. Wonderful for kids of all ages. Serve this over noodles, which we include. Would you rather have marinara than bbq? We can do that, just ask! Save room for our Salted Caramel Fudge Brownies!

Beef Pot Pie (oven)

Just like Grandma used to make with tender chunks of beef, carrots, celery, potatoes, onions, and peas, all covered in our rich sauce, and topped with puff pastry. Salted Caramel Fudge Brownies for dessert?

Butternut Squash Bisque (stove top)

Cost: $12.00

Just in time for Thanksgiving, but this soup is absolutely marvelous any time! Creamy butternut squash soup with celery and onion and just a hint of sweet curry and lime; even your picky eaters will pass their bowl for more! Apple Crisp for dessert? Yes please! No special orders please for the soup as we make it in batches.

Chili-Lime Buttered Salmon (oven)

Nutritious eating need not be boring! Olive oil and a little butter combine with lime juice and a blend of seasonings to give this Alaskan wild caught salmon a savory aroma which is only outdone by its wonderful flavor! How about Cornbread Stuffing with Apples and Cranberries to go with your dinner? And take home a pan of our Apple Crisp for dessert!

Dill Shrimp with Angel Hair Pasta (stove top) ♥

Plump shrimp cook quickly in a fabulous light chicken sauce with a touch of sherry and fresh dill. Just simmer and toss it with the provided angel hair pasta and you have a healthy meal in minutes! Why not add Garlic Bread and Kate’s Luck O’ the Irish Brownies to complete your meal?

Gringo Chicken Enchiladas (oven)

It’s a customer favorite! This dinner has tender diced chicken breast, sauteed onions, & green chilies, with a few jalapenos, mixed with seasoned cream cheese & rolled up in tortillas then topped with our sour cream mushroom sauce & Mexi-cheese. Very good with our Baked Corn Casserole! English Toffee Brownies for dessert is the perfect finish!


Slow Cooker Beef & Tortellini (crock pot)

Cost: $16.00

Lean ground beef & marinara simmers all day in your slow cooker. Just before it’s time for dinner, add the plump tri-colored tortellini, sprinkle with cheese and relax for a few minutes! It’s a kid favorite and very good with our Garlic Bread. Dessert? Salted Caramel Fudge Brownies are lovely!

Turkey Shepherd’s Pie (oven)

What a fun twist on Mom’s Shepherd’s Pie! Turkey breast is layered with creamy chicken sauce, lightly seasoned stuffing, corn and mashed potatoes. Sure to be enjoyed by the whole family.  Our Apple Crisp is the perfect finishing touch to your dinner!

All baked with spiced apples and a nice oatmeal crumb topping! Just heat if you like and add your own ice cream or whipped cream 🙂

Baked Corn Casserole (oven)

This is a soft cornbread casserole with plenty of corn, mild green chilies, red bell peppers, and sliced green onion.  Delicious!

Cappuccino Brownies (9 x 6 pan, ready)

Coffee, coffee, coffee!  Espresso is in the fudgy brownies, in the chocolate ganache, and even in the powdered sugar on top.  You may want more than 1 pan!

Cornbread Stuffing

Great stuffing!  Made with cornbread, it has chopped apples and cranberries, all seasoned up with sauteed onions and celery.

English Toffee Brownies (ready)

Cost: $9.00

These gems have been our signature brownie since our start back in 2006!  Rich fudge brownies are topped and baked with chopped Heath Bar and chocolate chips!  Very yummy!

Garlic Bread (oven)

Cost: $4.50

This is a full loaf of Italian bread, sliced and brushed with a  blend of butter, chopped garlic, and parsley.

Salted Caramel Fudge Brownies (ready)

Cost: $9.00

These amazing fudge brownies are topped with caramel sauce and a little sea salt and if that isn’t quite enough, we then finish with a rich chocolate ganache!  These are pretty addictive, consider yourself warned!  🙂

Twice-Baked Potato Casserole (oven)

Potatoes are riced and mixed with butter, sour cream, cheese, and sauteed onions.  All ready to bake without any of the lengthy prep and messy cleanup!
